So Good consistently gives excellent service to us. All their service techs are incredibly respectful in every way, saying, "Yes ma'am; yes sir," always wearing the booties when coming inside from the outside, being respectful of our time and our schedules, from the service scheduler, so sweet, professional, and efficient - always telling us exactly what to expect and how their communication will precede the tech's arrival - to the tech letting us know every step of the way what his inspection is showing, taking photos of each and every area he inspects, asking for permission to look at additional areas to verify his findings, etc. Jay was sent to us yesterday. He has such a nice smile and is so neighborly. He replaced three old 1976 leaky pipes under our kitchen sink and in the ceiling plumbing. He cut out very small holes in the drywall, as small as he could to still be able to get to this hard-to-reach pipe that was leaking. He even apologized that he had to cut the drywall at all. He communicated with both me and my husband about what he saw in the crawl space - a yellow mold that actually eats wood. We appreciated the heads up and will have their comfort specialist come out to inspect it. It's great to know that So Good is now handling crawl space encapsulation. So Good has done a fantastic job of training their techs. I have never worked with a more respectful company in this industry. I would trust any of their techs to come in and do what they have to do while treating our home and family as respectfully as they would their own home and family. Thanks for all that you do to elevate this industry and set a wonderful standard in our communities!

We were pleased with the professionalism that Hunter exhibited. He was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He explained the process he would take and the approximate time it would take to complete his service inspection. Upon finding a part that would need to be replaced, he showed us the part as well as explaining its function.
