Great service. The only thing is companies today are forced to ask/beg for 5star google reviews in order to be at the top of the list when a Google search occurs. I’ve been asked multiple times by many companies to give a 5 star review. I just want great service and not have to advertise for them.

Met with Sampson to review options for repair or new hvac unit. Sampson is awesome, easy to communicate with, attentive and was willing to answer any and all questions. Technicians that performed the work the following day did so flawlessly, quick and professional.

Even though their techs were off for the holiday weekend, they sent someone out who fixed our problem quickly. Very kind and professional service. We're so glad we had them install all our systems! Just had a semi-annual service call. The tech went over all our systems quickly but thoroughly, with a friendly but professional manner. Just what we’ve come to expect from this company. Another semi-annual service call. Tech was professional, responsive, and worked quickly. In a time of diminishing service quality, SG stands out. They really do it right! Brandon and Mr John are amazing men! They was so kind and patient and just genuinely sweet souls. I really hope ya can buy them lunch or just shout out to them let them know what great people they are they deserve the acknowledgment !! And I won't say no names but someone was mad bc they heater was broke they handled it gently and patient and I wanted to just hug them bc they don't price it and I think it's just wrong for folks to take out they anger on anyone. I know they endure a lot so I wanted to apologize to them and let them kno keep being them and I see them! You two are the real mvp! Thank u for sweating to death and still being sweet!

Our comfort specialist Tommy was very helpful and thorough, without being pushy. Installation and cleaning scheduled very quickly and we’re happy with the service.

AC went out on a Sunday afternoon. I made an appointment online and received a call at 8am the next morning explaining my tech was on the way. Billy is very respectful and professional. He examined the entire system, gave me options and once I made my choice, he began his work. AC was up and running in no time. I also opted to sign up for the maintenance plan. Very reasonable price. Thanks guys and girls. Very happy with the experience.

(Jun 2025) I got to see the SoGood installation team again MUCH sooner than I had hoped! I had another old HVAC system go kaput. The SoGood team was able to get my new system installed within two days. Jonni was once again the lead technician and did another outstanding job! He was assisted by his apprentice, Donovan, who was also great. Kudos to the SoGood team! (Feb 2025) The team of Jonni, Joey and Cody were fantastic! They were efficient and professional, and they provided a thorough demonstration of how my new Bosch system operates.
