SoGood Plumbing - Heating & Air, I appreciate you sending out Technician Silas to service my unit. He exemplifies such professionalism and knowledge in his’ job. I must comment on the fact that So God has to now start recording me in my house and not inform me. Now I understand Virginia’s law saying at least one person in the conversation has to approve or know. Honestly, I didn’t and don’t appreciate not being informed even if the law says it’s okay. I have nothing to hide, to lie about, and have always been straight forward with So Good and have no reason to change now. My question is are all of your customers being recorded as well in their homes?

I had a great experience with So Good Plumbing. The technician came out to service my AC and did an outstanding job. He was extremely thorough, taking the time to inspect everything and make sure my system was running properly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very informative throughout the entire visit.
