Another great experience (10/23/26) with SoGood. Jeremiah did my regular preseason inspection of all the heating components and provided pictures and clear descriptions of all he found.

Today, Southern Goodman was able to send a tech by 1 after I called them at 8. The tech (Michael) kept me informed as he troubleshot my non-cooling heat pump. I was sufficiently impressed that I signed up for annual maintenance and elected to replace a fan motor that was leaking oil but still running. There was never any pressure, just a clear explanation of what they found and what was necessary.

Back in 2021, Southern Goodman was able to get a tech (Bobby was fantastic!) to our place early on the afternoon that I called for help. I had contacted two other companies who couldn't fit me in until Sunday or Monday. He quickly identified the problem and explained some routine maintenance I can do to keep it running right. Couldn't be happier, especially given the forecast for the weekend!

This is an update. Southern Goodman came for a pre-season check of the heating system. They found a minor problem that would have led to more trouble as soon as we began using the heat. The tech (Kevin and then Billy came back to help him trouble shoot) explained every step and showed me what was wrong. These guys are great!

Another update. Downstairs wasn’t keeping up with the thermostat. Upstairs quit due to water in the drain pan. Tech got here same day I called (Monday morning) and found my main vent tube in crawl space had slipped off. Crawl space was nice and cool, but nothing else! He also replace the aqua guard switch and re-ran the drain piping. 7/219/24

I'm considering an electric car and need an EV charger at home. Jacob came by to do an estimate to install. He was very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. He inspected my panel box and walked us through everything required to install the charger before giving us multiple quote options.

Professional, effective service and communication. All concerns with the systems were addressed and was given multiple choices of solutions. Would recommend to anyone who needs Repair or preventative maintenance. If I could write them six stars I would.

Robert is an excellent plumber who communicated with us whenever a problem came up, and walked us through his work every step of the way. SoGood is a company definitely worth hiring.

Jeremiah was respectful, considerate, and passionate about his service for our system issue. He worked diligently to find a solution to a complex ongoing interruption to our Bosche unit. Parts were found and will be ordered on Monday for a hopeful and final solution to our issue. Thank you Jeremiah for your understanding while we shared the history of this particular unit and our frustrations. You were so gracious and we were very impressed with your deep professionalism.

Their employees have always been thorough and careful. They explain everything so I can understand. They are friendly and neat, made no messes even on a very rainy day. I'm so glad my son recommended them to me!
