Mr Silas was very thorough in diagnosing my hvac system. He identified what appears to be the issue and explained it to me as well as a few solutions. Would recommend to family and friends.

New service provided by Southern Goodman. Plumbing. Who knew. Scheduling was fast and easy. Returned as scheduled 2 days later. Had 4 separate plumbing issues addressed and fixed. Sam was very friendly. He got right to work and completed all jobs within a few hours. Great job as always.

Your technicians, William and Danny were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and experts at the task. Once the installment of the Heat pump and Installation package was completed William and Danny answered all of our questions and showed us how to operate the thermostat for our new heating unit. William and Danny also completed the install in a prompt manner; appreciate their “get it done” attitudes.

Called SoGood for a bad water heater as we’ve had good experiences with them on our HVAC systems. Johnny came out, diagnosed the issue (the unit completely failed) and he was able to get a new unit picked up and installed in 3 hours. He was polite and worked hard.

We had a problem with our system on Christmas Eve day. Called in and got a professional and caring response. Even though their techs were off for the holiday weekend, they sent someone out who fixed our problem quickly. Very kind and professional service. We're so glad we had them install all our systems! Just had a semi-annual service call. The tech went over all our systems quickly but thoroughly, with a friendly but professional manner. Just what we’ve come to expect from this company. Another semi-annual service call. Tech was professional, responsive, and worked quickly. In a time of diminishing service quality, SG stands out. They really do it right! Semi-annual service call: both technicians highly professional. Helpful, great suggestions for improving system efficiency. Main floor system went down. Yovani came out the same day and spent hours diagnosing the problem, which turned out to be in the air handler. Very impressive analytical process, and problem solved. SoGood is so good! Nov 2025: Turned heat on and got burning smell. Sogood here immediately— Dwayne — checked everything out, thankfully no problems — pointed outa useful improvement — Dwayne was friendly, professional, efficient and made sure I understood everything. Had our annual service call today for our unit. Dwayne was very courteous and professional. He explained the service process and informed us of the replacement parts that were needed to ensure our unit continued to service us into the winter. He was able to replace that part while here. Your company is very fortunate to have him as an employee. I was very pleased with the service.

Joey and Cole installed our new heat pump and air handler. They were very friendly and asked if I had any questions or concerns about anything. They were very respectful of keeping things clean and neat when they had to be in the house. They took time to stop what they were doing to answer whatever questions I had and they took the time to explain why they were doing certain things. Both were very polite and helpful. They did an awesome job!! I really can’t give enough kudos to these two gentlemen - they were a blessing to me that day and both of them did great!!
