Steve S stopped by to perform an annual inspection of our plumbing system. Very professional and informative technician. He walked us thru various options addressing chlorine, hard water, unwanted odors from the sinks amongst other issues. SoGood is a top tier provider, highly recommend to anyone seeking a long term contract for HVAC and plumbing maintenance & repair. There was no cost for this service as it comes with the SoGood VIP Member plan which I highly recommend. Definitely worth the cost!!!

My Trane Unit was having issues with it's defrost part. Since this it had happened before. Southern Goodmen worked with me on labor fees. Their tech Billy was very efficient and explained everything before he left. I highly recommend using Southern Goodman.

Dwane showed up when the need was great! No heat and 28 degrees. The poor guy spent 4 or 5 hours in my crawl space, locating the problem with my 5-year-old Goodman heat pump. Working great, and he explained everything so I understood. Great person, polite and arrived when he was expected!
