Rob was incredibly professional, personable, and truly knowledgeable about plumbing. From start to finish, he was prompt, efficient, and took the time to make sure I understood everything about my new water heater, including how it works and the details of my warranty.

I also had a wonderful experience with Sam. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with excellent customer service, but Sam did exactly that. He made the entire experience stress-free and gave me complete confidence in the work that was done.

Tino and Sam are absolute rockstars, my particular set up is a pain to deal with. The space is incredibly tight and awkward.

They were diligent and patient, ensuring things were perfect going above and beyond. They explained things clearly to me and were the friendliest workers I’ve ever come across.

The HVAC team also worked late to finish my install due to the water heater installation preventing them from starting. They prepped everything and worked past 7pm to make sure it got done. They had every right to leave and come back another day but didn’t.

Overall a 100/10 experience, everything works so great. Hard to believe my house is no longer 84 degrees!!

Go with SoGood, it’s worth the cost to get it done right and with genuine care. They obviously take care of their employees.
