I was fortunate to receive a call first thing this morning and Yovani (technician) arrived. Wonderful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable tech found our HVAC had froze due to air filters with too high a Merv rating-stopping airflow! Hope we can have Yovani come for all of our service calls! Explained and showed us everything. Really impressive! Thank you.

We noticed our house was getting very warm. Sadly it was 5:00 p.m. and my temperature on my thermostat read 79. We are elderly and have health issues so heat sensitive. After troubleshooting without it turning on I called their after hrs service around 5:15 p.m. lady said someone would call me. 30 minutes later hadn’t heard from anyone so called to double check. This different lady has no idea why other lady told me that, they are booked for this evening. So someone will call me tomorrow morning or I can book an appointment on-line. We have a warranty, pay for their service plan and our system is a little over 1 yr old, serviced May 12th. We are extremely disappointed in lack of support and mixed communication.

Bryce was our serviceman today for our HVAC system. Very nice, informative gentleman whom presented us with fantastic customer service. He explained the need and difference between a UV Light Filter system and bulbless filter system to prevent mold growth inside of our 1 yr old unit.
We appreciated the information and assistance in him installing the bulbless filter system for us today. Always friendly personnel whether calling for an appointment, them calling me to keep me posted on when the service tech will arrive or the service tech themselves. A+ rating from us.

10/23/24 Excellant work by Hunter! Always friendly, helpful and installed a surge protector along with routine maintenance on our unit. Everyone at this company goes above and beyond. Even Suzanne this morning while confirming my appointment. Highly recommend this company.

Today I was greeted in such a fantastic way by a wonderful receptionist whom made our appointment for an exceptional serviceman (Silas) to trouble shoot our 17 yr old HVAC system. He was extremely thorough, explained and showed us so many issues missed by others. How refreshing to have such a friendly, knowledgeable person, help us! Silas put us in contact with another outstanding gentleman (Tommy) to help us with our new HVAC system purchase. We truly appreciated the genuine care he took in meeting our personal needs. He definitely made this process so much easier. Today we had the opportunity to meet Johnny and Cody whom installed our new HVAC system and thermostat! They were on time, very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, walked us through everything, kept us informed, left everything very clean, just a great team of people! This company seems to have hit gold and I think we as customers are extremely lucky to be the benefactors. So much so, we decided to change out our 17 yr old hot water heater now too! I personally do not want to wait until I have no hot water! We are looking forward to doing business with this company for many years to come! So happy we found you! From start to finish they were great. I was getting a 30 year old HVAC system replaced and adding in a second system (mini split). Scott was very thorough going thorough the options available to me and also quickly responded to some follow up questions I had after he left. He did not use any high pressure tactics at all. The install teams were great as well - Johnny, Joey, Cory, Cole, and the apprentice whose name I didn't hear (sorry if I missed anyone or spelled a name wrong!). They did the entire install in less than a work day, cleaned up after themselves, made sure to explain everything I needed to know before they left, and worked with me to help manage my muliti pet household. Pricing was reasonable and matched the quality of work. I highly recommend them.

They do electric work now! Scheduling and getting an estimate was very simple, and the electrician (Jacob) was very prompt, professional, and answered all my questions.👍

Bryce seemed very knowledgeable and competent. Very pleasant gentleman.

Persistent slow kitchen and bathroom sinks. Jeremiah evaluated root cause quickly and found that septic tank which had been pumped and flushed not long ago was completely water filled resulting in the backup. Not a direct plumbing problem after all. Super happy the root cause has been found even though repairing or replacing septic tank is a bummer.

We had the best experience! Our house was having issues cooling, and they were able to send out a tech pretty late to help us. Gregg was super knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on and answer every question we had. You can tell he really knows his stuff and genuinely cares about helping his customers. Y’all better give Gregg a raise because his service was definitely 10/10!

We first found SoGood Plumbing & Heating & Air on Nextdoor. They had so many positive reviews that we decided to give them a try - and I’m so glad we did!

We needed to replace our hot water heater, and everyone we dealt with throughout the process was friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive - from my initial phone call, to the manager who personally came by, to the plumber who came out to complete the installation.

Their pricing was in line with other competitors, but it was their customer service and attention to detail that really set them apart. The plumber did an amazing job on the installation, and the level of care and professionalism throughout the entire process was exceptional.

Is very difficult to get an air conditioner repaired in late June and early July because of the high demand, I called on this company this morning and they had it fixed in the afternoon. I just got a new furnace installed by SG. The installations went well. What I appreciated most, SG gave me various options to choose. This, in turn, helped me make the best decision for my long term needs.

Sincerely honest company. - Fixed our plumbing problem which was possible blockages - was able to perform inspections other companies not able or willing to. - found leaks in the process, and provided helpful tips of what to look out for to avoid future problems. - Extended veteran discount without us asking when we paid with our USAA card. - Applied our consultation fee to our bill and no processing fee for credit card payment - Family owned and Dalton loves working with the company and has been there a long time which means a lot. Chase was polite, courteous and professional in doing his job (HVAC). He like his other co-workers who have come to my home do excellent work as needed.

Dalton was the man! We had a pinhole in a copper water line in our Mechanicsville home and he showed up ASAP and squared us away for the night. The next morning he came back and did a full replace of the water line and valves. Excellent service!

So far, so good. I will say all technicians have been pleasant to speak with and very informative. As crazy as this sounds; my favorite part is that I can hire them by the year to come out and just inspect my plumbing once a year and HVAC twice a year. Life gets so busy we tend to forget such maintenances on household stuff until it actually breaks. I didn't get to meet my plumber as I wasn't home and my husband handled that part but, Mitch and Jamar were extremely easy to work with and knowledgeable for HVAC. This is a rare find to find a company who is all about your needs, down to earth and not just trying to hassle you to spend money. Nothing is cheap anymore but, for the work I am doing to upgrade my house, I will say is completely reasonable and worth it in the long run, its not gonna get any cheaper from here on, its best to prepare for the future! OH and lastly, they are quick to respond via text, call or visit. The only down fall is you don't really get a time bracket of when they will arrive, only a call the hour before arrival but, I guess we can't all have it our way.

My AC went out on a Sunday night and I called Monday morning around 8, expecting them to tell me they may be able to come out the next day. But, the AC was fixed and cooling by 4 that afternoon. The HVAC tech was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me in layman’s terms and was very nice and very professional! If this was a free service, it would be just like if a family member or one of your friends came over to help! I couldn’t recommend them any more!

The technician was great! Identified the issue right away. He was very thorough and explained what had happened. Fortunately it was just a burned out wire (lightning).
I wanted to be able to tip him, but didn’t have any cash. I hope SoGood will do like some other companies and have a place on the form to add a tip!

Scheduling process unpredictable

Tech was very personable and very thorough in explaining what he did.

Our upstairs bathroom was leaking and dripping through our first floor ceiling. I called SoGood and they had a team come out the next day. I was pretty sure they were going to have to cut a hole in the ceiling, but they did everything they could to avoid that and were able to fix the leak. 5 stars.

Mike did a great job at setting up a condensation pump for my HVAC system. He charged the refrigerant in my HVAC to ensure the system was fully charged. Mike should be commended because he fully assisted me, and ensured that my system was running right before he left. Great service!

We had Tino and Dwayne out to repair a water line under the house. While they were in the crawl space they found a serious water leak not associated with the original job. It was the original iron drain for the kitchen sink. It had been leaking for a very long time and we never knew it. They were able to stay and get both repairs done the same day. We had a leak in our water pressure tank around the valve the day before July 4th and I was so happy with how quickly they came out and fixed the problem. They were able to explain what happened and had the parts on hand to fix it right then and there. They were super nice and I was so glad they were able to come out around the holiday, all in all it took about 40 min from arrival to pay to wrap everything up.
