(Jun 2025) I got to see the SoGood installation team again MUCH sooner than I had hoped! I had another old HVAC system go kaput. The SoGood team was able to get my new system installed within two days. Jonni was once again the lead technician and did another outstanding job! He was assisted by his apprentice, Donovan, who was also great. Kudos to the SoGood team! (Feb 2025) The team of Jonni, Joey and Cody were fantastic! They were efficient and professional, and they provided a thorough demonstration of how my new Bosch system operates.

Dwayne was so helpful and explained what he was doing every step of the way. I appreciate the customer service and attention to detail. Thank you!

The weather was a strain on my AC and So Good came to the rescue as quickly as they could. I know many people had struggling units this week and I understand having to wait two days before service. Once the technician showed up, he was clear, polite, and conscious of explaining every bit to me. He was helpful, resolved the problem and I highly recommend them. I can’t shout Silas out enough for our experience with him, he was kind, professional and very informative. His demeanor was so pleasant, even my antisocial toddler who is usually extremely uncomfortable around strangers was comfortable with his presence and didn’t bat an eye. I would recommend them alone just for his customer service well. Sammie was also great with getting us set up with an appointment and great communication on day of appointment.

Once again, SoGood Plumbing, Heating & Air (aka Southern Goodman) did a great job in our bi-monthly maintenance. Kevin, the tech who came, was great. He is always friendly and professional as well as he informs me of all the things he is and will be doing as he goes through our systems. Technicians Jonnie and Deonte were great. Had a slight issue in the beginning, but they took care of it quickly. Both were very informative in explaining what was to be done and did an amazing job. I used the online scheduler this weekend and was informed that a technician would be dispatched today (Monday, July 23, 2025). The technician arrived during the scheduled timeframe. Silas Brazil was very professional and thorough. The problem was diagnosed quickly and options for repair and increased system longevity, including annual maintenance, were explained and agreed upon. I am very satisfied with the service and glad the SoGood is here for us.

My air conditioning stopped working at night and I called first thing in the morning and got an appointment for the same day . Silas was my technician I give him 5 stars he’s a really nice guy and knowledgeable and got my ac running again and it’s always a pleasure and knowing that when you call them they will take care of you . Super helpful in answering all my endless questions. Was recommended by a family member after we started having issues with our AC unit. The receptionist was great and easy to talk with and helped us get someone out same day to help us. Very professional, answered questions, explained what he was going to do and how long it would take, made suggestions for addition service and did a followup after the inspection.

Bryce was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. He explained ways to maintain my hvac system and quickly solved the problem. Also it’s important to me, as a woman, for repair people in my home to remain professional and respectful. Bryce was both of those. Grateful to not be sweating!

SoGood came and after extensive diagnostics said NOTHING was wrong. Working perfectly. Saved us 1000 dollars. Will definitely use them as my go to HVAC company. Strongly recommend. Very nice guys who came. I called yesterday for a second opinion and they were here the next day.

Dwayne and Sam conducted a semi-annual system review and maintenance (comfort protection club). They shared their findings and addressed the issues. Professional and knowledgable.

Excellent response and here within an hour of my call, not an emergency. Providers, 2, were comfortable, professional and friendly. They diagnosed and treated my sick air conditioning unit within minutes. Excellent skills, excellent service and excellent people!

Silas, again was amazing! He came out and replaced my condensate pump in the crawl space. He also re ran the vinyl tubing in a more effective manner. I would recommend him and SoGood as a goto for hvac and plumbing service

Silas has been our Service Technician for years. He is one of the most Professional , reliable and honest people that i know . Today while serving our fairly new Goodman AC System he noticed that the Ductwork has partially become loose at the Air Handler. Silas re attached it securely with AC Ductwork Tape . Silas Brazil was our service technician who came to the house. He was amazing and really helped us out! He explained everything perfectly to us and gave us great recommendations on what needed to be done.

The technician was outstanding! He completed an extremely thorough checkup on the system identifying and recommending work to be done. He took his time and did an exceptional job tearing down the blower motor and cleaning it. Very reasonable price for the work done.

I’ve used So Good for maintenance for about 5 years now. I’ve never been compelled to submit a review before today. My service technician Billy was amazing to deal with. I called for a problem I self diagnosed, which I was prepared to spend some money on. Billy was quick to point out the issue I thought I had was not the problem at all and instead directed me to a repair that likely saved me another service call. So good could have easily taken advantage of my misdiagnosis, but instead they didn’t and saved me hundreds of dollars. Highly recommend!!

Silas has been our technician for over 3 years now. He’s very thorough, explains what’s going on with the system in detail and in layman’s terms. We trust him. The HVAC unit was starting to show signs of wear & tear and Silas offered us options and installed the new parts on the spot.

Shadon performed my semi-annual HVAC system maintenance and did a great job. He found something slightly concerning, but once he dug deeper, he found the cause and fixed it. Super nice guy, and he loved on my cats, which makes him even better!

We had our Trane AC unit checked out on June 9, 2024. Kevin was the technician from Southern Goodman. He was friendly and did the work in a competent manner. We appreciated his candor and his giving us useful information on our unit and service for it. I have a service contract. I get called prior to the preventative service. Technicians call when they are on the way. The technicians always perform a thorough review of my two indoor and outdoor units. I've only had two services so far but the technicians both times were professional and courteous. Silas came out and did a complete evaluation to protect my system.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Billy and Sam from So Good Plumbing, Heating & Air during our annual HVAC inspection and service, and I couldn’t be more impressed. They arrived ahead of schedule, which was a great start, and their professionalism and expertise were evident from the moment they got to work. They conducted a thorough inspection of both of our HVAC units, carefully addressing any concerns and ensuring everything was running efficiently. What really stood out to me was their attention to detail and the way they took the time to explain everything clearly. Technician was very knowledgeable and pleasant.

Silas helped us out today with some routine maintenance as part our maintenance plan! He found the UV light was out and was able to help us same day. Always helps with my asthma to have the UV light working and a clean HVAC system! He came promptly and with a courtesy reminder.

Never been so happy for a second opinion. I called another company first, and they told me I had a leak in the coil and was extremely low on freon. They gave me an estimate of 3700 to repair, or 9-10k to replace. Called Southern Goodman for a second opinion and it turns out none of that was true, no leak, freon was full. My fan capacitor was blown and the control board needs replaced. Fixed me up so I have AC while waiting for the part to come in and will fix it. Exceptional customer service and the service technician obviously knows what he's doing! It's nice to know there are companies that are willing to help their customers instead of trying to rip them off. Thank you for your quick fix and honesty! Updated on 05/22/2025 Customer service and honesty with this company are 5 star. Bryce is a great technician and it's always a pleasure to work with him. I do want a new system in our home in the near future and will be calling Southern Goodman, I’ve joined there Comfort Protection Club specifically to make sure my home unit stays in good service until then. SoGood Plumbing Heating & Air (formally known as Southern Goodman) is amazing!!! We have been a customer with the company for over 15 years or more!!! They have never disappointed from an emergency call right after Christmas one year to the quarterly checkups to make ensure our units are running smoothly. Everyone from the first call to the office to the technicians are very pleasant and “make you smile”. Today Billy came to do our quarterly check up. He was very dependable, professional and knowledgeable. He explained items that we needed to pay attention to and did not push on what we “should” do. Is very difficult to get an air conditioner repaired in late June and early July because of the high demand, I called on this company this morning and they had it fixed in the afternoon. Problem solvers I'm delighted with them and will continue to use them. I am an experienced landlord and I love it when companies respond promptly and solve my problems!

Came out quickly to provide a few quotes. When I pointed out that they’re quote was higher than others I had received, they worked with me and were able to get the price quite a bit.

Called up for a general cleaning and inspection, scheduling was fast and easy with great communication. Bryce showed up, was professional and very helpful as well as generous with his time answering my questions. He is coming back to do some repair work on the ducts but I will be having them service my systems moving forward!

05/12/25 Bryce was our serviceman today for our HVAC system. Very nice, informative gentleman whom presented us with fantastic customer service. He explained the need and difference between a UV Light Filter system and bulbless filter system to prevent mold growth inside of our 1 yr old unit. We appreciated the information and assistance in him installing the bulbless filter system for us today. Always friendly personnel whether calling for an appointment, them calling me to keep me posted on when the service tech will arrive or the service tech themselves. Today I was greeted in such a fantastic way by a wonderful receptionist whom made our appointment for an exceptional serviceman (Silas) to trouble shoot our 17 yr old HVAC system. Your technicians, William and Danny were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and experts at the task. Once the installment of the Heat pump and Installation package was completed William and Danny answered all of our questions and showed us how to operate the thermostat for our new heating unit. William and Danny also completed the install in a prompt manner; appreciate their “get it done” attitudes.

Wonderful experience. Our tech Yovani was very thorough and explained what was going on with our system. We were expecting a $3000 repair bill but was charged a small fraction of that. He was professional and courteous was not in a rush to go to the next job. I highly recommend this company.

After Southern Goodman offered a better quote than any other company, Jonni, Jerry, and Donavan provided excellent service in replacing our 19-year-old HVAC system the next day. They only left my home after they were sure that all my questions were answered and all my expectations were met. No one loves investing money in home repairs, but these folks made the experience relatively pleasant and stress-free.
