Super helpful in answering all my endless questions. Was recommended by a family member after we started having issues with our AC unit. The receptionist was great and easy to talk with and helped us get someone out same day to help us. Yovani showed up quickly and got to work right away and explained everything he was doing with great detail. My AC upstairs went out during the day today when it was 90° outside!! After calling around to several companies, finally I stumbled upon SoGood! Julia came out very quickly when others couldn’t get to me until next week. She quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything to me and efficiently switched out the broken part. Jamar was absolutely amazing! Very friendly and polite. He explained everything as he went through and showed us exactly what he was talking about. He explained everything very thoroughly and it was easy to understand. Answered any questions or concerns we had too. Even helped us out by referring us to the maintenance plan which helped us save money. If we were able too, we’d have Jamar every time!
