We are new customers of Goodman Southern. Today we had a full plumbing inspection and had our tankless water heater descaled. Daniel, our service technician, was friendly, courteous, and thorough. He documented and took pictures of all of our plumbing fixtures and unions noting make and model to facilitate future parts ordering and minimize repair time if needed. We are very concerned pleased with the service and response time we received from Goodman Southern!

We had a water pressure issue and was hoping to flush hot water heater that was 20 yrs old. New to the house and have no maintenance logs. Was recommended not to flush water heater due to its age as it could cause problem. Water pressure issue was thoroughly checked from the meter to the faucets. He was able to determine it was due to the flow reducer in the faucets. He took care of it, all is well now. On top of his thoroughness he was a nice guy with tons of patience. Update, pressure tank was required and he returned to install it. Great company.
