Service guy did an excellent job of explaining different things to me. Show me as well as explained things. Was friendly also.

Service man answered my questions and explained what he was doing during each section of the furnace service. I asked for a quote on getting a repair done and he provided it to me and gave me a full explanation- - thanks!

SoGood Plumbing - Heating & Air, I appreciate you sending out Technician Silas to service my unit. He exemplifies such professionalism and knowledge in his’ job. I must comment on the fact that So God has to now start recording me in my house and not inform me. Now I understand Virginia’s law saying at least one person in the conversation has to approve or know. Honestly, I didn’t and don’t appreciate not being informed even if the law says it’s okay. I have nothing to hide, to lie about, and have always been straight forward with So Good and have no reason to change now. My question is are all of your customers being recorded as well in their homes?

He was extremely thorough, taking the time to inspect everything and make sure my system was running properly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very informative throughout the entire visit. I appreciated that he explained what he was checking and answered all of my questions. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and truly cares about providing excellent service. SoGood Plumbing heating and air were a lifesaver to meet today. I came home to my air conditioner unit putting out hot air and the technician from another company that was at my home the same morning could not return until next week. I did a Google search and this company was my second phone call. When I was told that dispatcher what contact me I received the call within the hour and the dispatcher told me that a technician was headed my way. Silas was thorough and identify the issue immediately. I was provided with a quick fix and I was also informed of permanent options.It is good to know that there are companies out there with good people that will meet your immediate need which for me today was cool air as we have hot days coming. Silas was very personable and I would recommend him to anyone especially in the Tri-Cities area as It can be a little difficult finding someone to provide service in this area. Silas was not only pleasant but knowledgeable. That’s all we’re asking for, good service and people with a good attitude. Silas and SoGood come highly recommended.

Service Tech was prompt and friendly. Explained everything in detail. Answered all of my questions and gave me recommendations to even improve my existing service.

After a gas leak in the garage from the water heater - they were able to come reconnect just a few hours later. Turned out I needed a new water heater but they were able to come back the next day to install. The gentlemen were polite, clean, and efficient. Will definitely use them again in the future!
