We had a water pressure issue and was hoping to flush hot water heater that was 20 yrs old. New to the house and have no maintenance logs. Was recommended not to flush water heater due to its age as it could cause problem. Water pressure issue was thoroughly checked from the meter to the faucets. He was able to determine it was due to the flow reducer in the faucets. He took care of it, all is well now. On top of his thoroughness he was a nice guy with tons of patience. Update, pressure tank was required and he returned to install it. Great company.

I had my unit serviced today and after the technician left the unit stopped working properly. When I called I didn’t get the answer I wanted but Sampson the owner came out to make sure my family had heat and correct the issue. Had a great conversation, he definitely cares about his customers.

The Technicians Luke was terrific and help us selected what we need to install a new hot water heater. He also was knowledge of all the products and help us get not only a new heater that we had brought to the house, but saw before he left that Columbia Gas would come and relight the gas furnace, water heater and polit light on our gas fire place.
