We had our Trane AC unit checked out on June 9, 2024. Kevin was the technician from Southern Goodman. He was friendly and did the work in a competent manner. We appreciated his candor and his giving us useful information on our unit and service for it. I have a service contract. I get called prior to the preventative service. Technicians call when they are on the way. The technicians always perform a thorough review of my two indoor and outdoor units. I've only had two services so far but the technicians both times were professional and courteous.
