I had an overall positive experience with SoGood. When they first came out, they indicated that the system could likely be repaired, though it later became clear that the fix would be more complicated than initially expected. To their credit, particularly SILAS, they stayed committed to the job and ultimately we arrived at a short term solution to allow me time to get estimates for replacing the system. Throughout the process, both technicians (Jeremy and Silas) were professional, respectful of my home, and thorough. They arrived on time, communicated clearly about what they were finding, with pictures. and kept me informed as things evolved. In the end, although not the answer I was looking for, I feel confident in the final diagnosis. I look forward to working with them in the future.

I had a leak under my sink and So Good was able to respond the same day for repair. Maintenance technician was very nice and very personable and made you feel right at home. Today was our first inspection with the SOUTHERN GOODMAN VIP PLUMBING plan! Our technician Evan Blagman was amazing!
