The technician was great! Identified the issue right away. He was very thorough and explained what had happened. Fortunately it was just a burned out wire (lightning).

Justin from SoGood Plumbing, Heating & Air was fantastic. He introduced himself and the company, explained exactly what he'd be doing, and got to work. He checked refrigerant pressures, airflow, and temps, replaced filters, cleaned the outdoor coil, and cleared the drain, all done cleanly and professionally.
