Persistent slow kitchen and bathroom sinks. Jeremiah evaluated root cause quickly and found that septic tank which had been pumped and flushed not long ago was completely water filled resulting in the backup. Not a direct plumbing problem after all. Super happy the root cause has been found even though repairing or replacing septic tank is a bummer.

We had the best experience! Our house was having issues cooling, and they were able to send out a tech pretty late to help us. Gregg was super knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on and answer every question we had. We first found SoGood Plumbing & Heating & Air on Nextdoor. They had so many positive reviews that we decided to give them a try - and I’m so glad we did!

We needed to replace our hot water heater, and everyone we dealt with throughout the process was friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive - from my initial phone call, to the manager who personally came by, to the plumber who came out to complete the installation.

Their pricing was in line with other competitors, but it was their customer service and attention to detail that really set them apart. The plumber did an amazing job on the installation, and the level of care and professionalism throughout the entire process was exceptional.

Our AC died on us yesterday evening, we called SoGood the same night by 7:30pm the next day our unit is fixed and we have AC!
