I had an overall positive experience with SoGood. When they first came out, they indicated that the system could likely be repaired, though it later became clear that the fix would be more complicated than initially expected. To their credit, particularly SILAS, they stayed committed to the job and ultimately we arrived at a short term solution to allow me time to get estimates for replacing the system. Throughout the process, both technicians (Jeremy and Silas) were professional, respectful of my home, and thorough. They arrived on time, communicated clearly about what they were finding, with pictures. and kept me informed as things evolved. In the end, although not the answer I was looking for, I feel confident in the final diagnosis. I look forward to working with them in the future.

He was kind enough to explain what was needed as well as providing alternative courses of action, depending upon what he encountered as he performed the work. If I were to require any other plumbing issues to be fixed, I would ask for Tino to take care of it.

I had a leak under my sink and So Good was able to respond the same day for repair. Maintenance technician was very nice and very personable and made you feel right at home. Today was our first inspection with the SOUTHERN GOODMAN VIP PLUMBING plan! Our technician Evan Blagman was amazing! He checked every plumbing line and connection in our home, made recommendations, answered our many questions, and gave great advice! I was a bit skeptical about what the plumbing inspection would involve, but I was totally pleased! I would recommend Southern Goodman for their service and Evan in particular For plumbing inspection! Recently had some issues with my HVAC system. We called SO GOOD heating and air-conditioning that I’ve used for a while now. I couldn’t be more pleased with the courtesy of all the representatives. Mainly the technician that came out Chase was very thorough. He diagnosed issues that were related to my HVAC system.
