Customer Service has always been something that stands out for Southern Goodman. Their technicians have always been really pleasant and great to work with. We enjoyed having Mike as our technician today. He was very thorough and kind. Excellent workmanship and I can honestly say he went above and beyond

We had a leak in our water pressure tank around the valve the day before July 4th and I was so happy with how quickly they came out and fixed the problem. They were able to explain what happened and had the parts on hand to fix it right then and there. They were super nice and I was so glad they were able to come out around the holiday, all in all it took about 40 min from arrival to pay to wrap everything up.

We are VERY pleased with this company. The HVAC system is purring in a 102° heatwave. The plumbing is in tip-top shape. The service technicians are fantastic! Knowledgeable, fast, and super people to talk to. Couldn't be happier! Thank you!
