I have been a customer for years. My HVAC system has always been maintained by So Good. My Service Technician today was Jeremiah. He knew right away why my air-conditioner kept cutting off. He installed a drain safety system to make sure this wouldn't happen again. He makes sure you understand everything. I am set for the season. Thanks to Jeremiah. Good Job!!

Silas came to fix the HVAC. He is found out the problem. And gave me options. He is true Genius and a blessed man. He explained everything in detailed about the issue. May God Shower his Blessings upon him to keep doing the great work.

Yovani came out to my home to repair my AC system, and he was amazing! He was very patient and took the time to explain everything since I didn’t understand much about what was going on. I highly recommend this company—they’re professional, supportive, and affordable. I called one day, and they were able to come out the very next day and fix everything. Excellent service from start to finish. Amazing job!

The technician was great! Identified the issue right away. He was very thorough and explained what had happened. Fortunately it was just a burned out wire (lightning).
I wanted to be able to tip him, but didn’t have any cash. I hope SoGood will do like some other companies and have a place on the form to add a tip!

Silas is amazing and walked us through the entire process. He went above and beyond to ensure unit was in tip top shape and that we were happy with everything.

Justin from SoGood Plumbing, Heating & Air was fantastic. He introduced himself and the company, explained exactly what he'd be doing, and got to work. He checked refrigerant pressures, airflow, and temps, replaced filters, cleaned the outdoor coil, and cleared the drain, all done cleanly and professionally. He also walked me through a couple of optional upgrades with zero pressure. Highly recommend!
