I had such a great experience with SoGood! Johnny was incredibly kind and did a great job replacing my kitchen faucet after a cartridge broke, causing my water to constantly run even when in the off position. He was truly professional and made the fix a breeze. Plus, the customer service and communication from the scheduling folks was seamless. 10/10! Updated: we also just had Andy come out to replace our 25 year old furnace. He carefully explained all the updates he made and was super professional. So happy to have a new furnace for our home, and peace of mind! Updated: we also just had a stinky toilet repaired by replacing the wax ring. Was such a convenient and easy process!

I just bought a home and discovered I had a clogged drain when I bought a new washer/dryer set which flooded my laundry room. My tech Tino came out the next morning and thoroughly researched my issue and offered a short term and long term solution. He was patient with my questions and explained the processes for each so I knew what I was getting into and allowed me to choose the best option for me. Tino took great care cutting into my wall, left everything as clean as possible and was even kind to my dog. Hope I don’t need a plumber anytime soon but if I do I’ll ask for Tino.

Julia was great! Very professional with a great customer service attitude. Answered all questions, including some preventative measures for the future. Great attention to detail and showed pictures of what we were discussing.

Service manager was very helpful and got me a good price on a new HVAC unit. The service technician was very friendly and showed me what it would have taken to repair the old unit which would have been very costly.

I had an overall positive experience with SoGood. When they first came out, they indicated that the system could likely be repaired, though it later became clear that the fix would be more complicated than initially expected. To their credit, particularly SILAS, they stayed committed to the job and ultimately we arrived at a short term solution to allow me time to get estimates for replacing the system. Throughout the process, both technicians (Jeremy and Silas) were professional, respectful of my home, and thorough. They arrived on time, communicated clearly about what they were finding, with pictures. and kept me informed as things evolved. In the end, although not the answer I was looking for, I feel confident in the final diagnosis. I look forward to working with them in the future.
