The guys did a good job with my unit and suggested recommendations to help my unit.

We had an issue with our HVAC system.. it was acting very strange. The fan was running all the time and the A/C would not come on. I called SoGood Plumbing and Heating. The technician, Chase, came out and quickly determined that the thermostat had failed. He replaced the thermostat and tested the system to make sure it was functioning properly! All is working fine now! Thank you Chase and SoGood Plumbing and Heating! They are my go to company for HVAC maintenance and service!

Technician Chase performed a six month checkup on both of the units and everything was fine except the unit for the second floor was low on coolant. He added coolant and they are both ready for Virginia spring and summer heat and humidity. Silas was excellent with his diagnosis and explanation of the problem (bad capacitor). He also went over some other issues he came across. This is the 2nd time SoGood has come through and solved the issue with great professionalism and outstanding customer service. Wouldn't call anyone else regarding Heating, Plumbing & A/C.
