I had a great experience working with Southern Goodman to replace both of my HVAC systems. Being new to the area, I chose to get a couple quotes from local companies and ultimately went with Southern Goodman because of the great communication, personalized recommendations, product availability, and because they are brand agnostic company. I went from cold calling to talking with the owner (Samson) in a couple minutes which was a very nice & personal touch. He then scheduled Mitch to come out the next day to assess my situation. Mitch was very thorough and really took his time to come up with options that would best fit my family's needs and what would work best with our house. I was not planning to make a decision that day on which company to choose, but it was these first two interactions that made not want to look further. I'd like to give special shoutouts & thanks to the install crew (Jonni, Joey and Jerry). It's amazing how much work you all were able to accomplish in a day and to the level of detail. I really appreciate you all walking me through the work to be completed, explaining how everything works, and taking your time to make sure we were all set up and everything was working correctly before leaving. It also was nice to see the care in cleaning up after the work was completed. —Update 9/12/25 I recently had SoGood out to replace my aging tankless hot water heater and install a reverse osmosis system and just wanted to say thanks to Stephen for all the hard work and great communication along the process. While there were some challenges during the install, I appreciated Stephen’s dedication and perseverance to make sure the job got done right. After these 2 jobs I wouldn’t hesitate to call SoGood down the road for future work. Thanks again Southern Goodman!

Billy did a great job diagnosing my HVAC system replacing capacitor and installing Air UV Light with oxidation system. He also. Pointed out other company’s errors to not correctly install their equipment which had safety issues which I contacted and they are now correcting. I appreciated his thoroughness.
