SoGood Plumbing - Heating & Air, I appreciate you sending out Technician Silas to service my unit. He exemplifies such professionalism and knowledge in his’ job. I must comment on the fact that So God has to now start recording me in my house and not inform me. Now I understand Virginia’s law saying at least one person in the conversation has to approve or know. Honestly, I didn’t and don’t appreciate not being informed even if the law says it’s okay. I have nothing to hide, to lie about, and have always been straight forward with So Good and have no reason to change now.
