Mike is very personal, professional, knowledgeable, easygoing, and all around a super human being. Thank you for sending Mike out to our house and fixing our air conditioning. Chase G stopped by to perform the semi-annual inspection of our HVAC and ACU systems. Did a great job, discovered a small leak in the ACU that was causing loss of freon. He walked me thru the entire process, made the necessary repairs, and was on his way. Chase impressed me as a 5 star tech and I would ask that he be my preferred tech moving forward for all inspections, required maintenance, and any necessary requires. Technician was on time and performed inspection. Had a leak in one section of pipe under house. He was able to complete the repair within 2 hours and left no mess. He explained what he had fixed and advised remainder of under house plumbing is in good condition. Have been with Sogood for a number of years. Never dissatisfied or in question of their advice on HVAC or plumbing repairs.
