Jeremiah did a great job. He was very thorough and explained everything he checked with the system. He’s very polite and nice. I’ll take him again!

Tino was courteous, patient and clearly knowledgeable. He was kind enough to explain what was needed as well as providing alternative courses of action, depending upon what he encountered as he performed the work. If I were to require any other plumbing issues to be fixed, I would ask for Tino to take care of it.

I had a leak under my sink and So Good was able to respond the same day for repair. Maintenance technician was very nice and very personable and made you feel right at home. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. Shout out to Robert..best repair experience ever. I would recommend So Good to anyone needing plumbing, AC or Heating repairs.

Today was our first inspection with the SOUTHERN GOODMAN VIP PLUMBING plan! Our technician Evan Blagman was amazing! He checked every plumbing line and connection in our home, made recommendations, answered our many questions, and gave great advice! I was a bit skeptical about what the plumbing inspection would involve, but I was totally pleased! I would recommend Southern Goodman for their service and Evan in particular For plumbing inspection! Quick to response which was important as the issue we had caused to turn off all water to the house. Michael came out within hour or 2 of my call and got it all done at reasonable price.

Chase came to do scheduled maintenance and pointed out some items that need to be addressed. He was great!

Recently had some issues with my HVAC system. We called SO GOOD heating and air-conditioning that I’ve used for a while now. I couldn’t be more pleased with the courtesy of all the representatives. Mainly the technician that came out Chase was very thorough. He diagnosed issues that were related to my HVAC system. He also noticed under the crawlspace a plumbing issue and had that resolved the same day. We could not be more pleased with how thorough company is with taking time out to ensure our home is safe. I’ve been a customer of Southern Goodman for a number of years now and they pretty much always do great work. As with all trade work though the technician you get makes a huge difference. I have been requesting Silas for a number of years now and have never been disappointed with his work. He’s always on time, does a through job, and goes the extra mile.

Silas did my repair and I can say nothing but how great his service and how he explained everything very detailed wich helped me understand better the issues I was having. Thank you so much for everything Silas, your are amazing. Continue doing what you do.
