I used the online scheduler this weekend and was informed that a technician would be dispatched today (Monday, July 23, 2025). The technician arrived during the scheduled timeframe. Silas Brazil was very professional and thorough. The problem was diagnosed quickly and options for repair and increased system longevity, including annual maintenance, were explained and agreed upon. I am very satisfied with the service and glad the SoGood is here for us.

I just got a new furnace installed by SG. The installations went well. What I appreciated most, SG gave me various options to choose. This, in turn, helped me make the best decision for my long term needs.

Great personality, very professional and knowledgeable. Had an appointment for a plumbing inspection and a pipe had fallen off of the house that broke an internal water pipe. Water was leaking into my crawl space and he immediately went to work fixing it. They've been to my home on several occasions for maintenance and they are the absolute best. Would definitely recommend!!!
