The first time we used Southern Goodman was when we came home to a non-functioning AC unit. We were so appreciative of how quickly they were able to get someone to our house to address the problem. I find their maintenance plans to be reasonably priced. Nathan, the tech who came to do our regularly scheduled maintenance was extremely thorough. Update 3/4/2026 I had the pleasure of speaking with Samson today regarding some possible inspection list items related to our HVAC.
