We had a water pressure issue and was hoping to flush hot water heater that was 20 yrs old. New to the house and have no maintenance logs. Was recommended not to flush water heater due to its age as it could cause problem. Water pressure issue was thoroughly checked from the meter to the faucets. He was able to determine it was due to the flow reducer in the faucets. He took care of it, all is well now. On top of his thoroughness he was a nice guy with tons of patience.

Scheduled on line appointment and service was performed on time on day of my appointment. Serviceman was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about his work. Drain lines had to be replaced with pvc under kitchen double sink because of leak and age of old pipe.

I was pleased with receiving the notifications of the window of arrival as well. Luke presented as professional, personable, knowledgeable, respectful, and seems to have a knack for connecting with the customer. He assisted in the process of elimination which determined that there was a larger issue that would require well service.
