They only left my home after they were sure that all my questions were answered and all my expectations were met. No one loves investing money in home repairs, but these folks made the experience relatively pleasant and stress-free.

Appointment was scheduled with ease. And Silas did a great job doing our spring Maintenance and offering ideas to keep our system running well.

Daniel from SoGood did an excellent job replacing a leaky spigot and installing a new water heater. He added insulation to the pipes and made sure the old one was taken away. The Essency Water Heater looks great and am glad it has an 80 gallon capacity!

Bryce does a good job and has impressed us with explanations of all work done. We have come to feel comfortable with him servicing our systems and trust him.

I just had a new HVAC system installed for the first floor. Everything went amazingly well from start to finish! The office staff was so great setting up both of my appointments. Mitch was extremely informative and helpful about different options. The wonderful technicians were so polite and professional. Their attention to detail is what really stood out to me, but also their efficiency and expertise. When I go to replace the upstairs unit or any other repairs I now have So Good on speed dial!

Billy, the technician, troubleshot a problem we were having with our smart thermostat. He discovered two problems: he fixed one and diagnosed the other as being caused by a nearby column in the room (we had recently moved the thermostat to behind the column). He also examined the rest of the system for any other issues. All this for a very reasonable price.

Billy did a fine job diagnosing our problem and offering viable options and solutions, with no particular pressure. We really appreciated his professionalism.
