We had a water pressure issue and was hoping to flush hot water heater that was 20 yrs old. New to the house and have no maintenance logs. Was recommended not to flush water heater due to its age as it could cause problem. Water pressure issue was thoroughly checked from the meter to the faucets. He was able to determine it was due to the flow reducer in the faucets. He took care of it, all is well now. On top of his thoroughness he was a nice guy with tons of patience. Update, pressure tank was required and he returned to install it. Great company.

He also was knowledge of all the products and help us get not only a new heater that we had brought to the house, but saw before he left that Columbia Gas would come and relight the gas furnace, water heater and polit light on our gas fire place.

Great Customer Service. Yovani, the service tech was amazing. He installed an ecobee pro thermostat. I give him 5 stars for great customer service. However, I feel like the product was highly overpriced.
