We had a problem with our system on Christmas Eve day. Called in and got a professional and caring response. Even though their techs were off for the holiday weekend, they sent someone out who fixed our problem quickly. Very kind and professional service. We're so glad we had them install all our systems! Just had a semi-annual service call. The tech went over all our systems quickly but thoroughly, with a friendly but professional manner. Just what we’ve come to expect from this company. Another semi-annual service call. Tech was professional, responsive, and worked quickly. In a time of diminishing service quality, SG stands out. They really do it right!
