Stephen came today to replace a leaking drain pipe under the house. He did a great job along with testing the integrity of the new pipe. Even showed me pictures of the replaced pipe. My only problem was that he was here over 2 hours. I can’t give up 2 hours of my work day every time I have one of your technicians at the house, and that’s what happened at this repair and both the heating & plumbing PM’s.
