What if the system is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty?

If the system is covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, there is no cost for the parts that are covered. Our technicians are trained to research each system for warranty coverage before giving initial pricing.

Flat-rate pricing is a pricing model that involves charging a single flat fee for each repair task. Under this model, the repair price will not fluctuate depending on the actual time it takes to complete the repair. Flat-rate pricing protects our clients from having a repair price increase even if the repair work takes longer than expected.

Flat-rate pricing vs. time and material pricing:

A time and material pricing model does not have a predetermined time for each repair task; therefore, the client will not know the exact price of the repair until the repair has been completed. A time and material pricing model makes it difficult for clients to choose options because the final price for each option is not clear until after the work has been performed.
