The tech did a great job

Sincerely honest company. - Fixed our plumbing problem which was possible blockages - was able to perform inspections other companies not able or willing to. - found leaks in the process, and provided helpful tips of what to look out for to avoid future problems. - Extended veteran discount without us asking when we paid with our USAA card. - Applied our consultation fee to our bill and no processing fee for credit card payment - Family owned and Dalton loves working with the company and has been there a long time which means a lot. Definitely love working with this company.

Called SoGood on a saturday morning for a busted water heater and had someone out within a few hours. Sam came out, diagnosed the problem, and gave us our options. He was polite, professional, and efficient!

Have had inspections for both AC and plumbing. Very impressed with both the office and techs professionalism and thoroughness. They always provide pictures and documentation for my records. So far I highly recommend this company.

Chase was polite, courteous and professional in doing his job (HVAC). He like his other co-workers who have come to my home do excellent work as needed.

Dalton was the man! We had a pinhole in a copper water line in our Mechanicsville home and he showed up ASAP and squared us away for the night. The next morning he came back and did a full replace of the water line and valves. Excellent service!

So far, so good. I will say all technicians have been pleasant to speak with and very informative. As crazy as this sounds; my favorite part is that I can hire them by the year to come out and just inspect my plumbing once a year and HVAC twice a year. Life gets so busy we tend to forget such maintenances on household stuff until it actually breaks. I didn't get to meet my plumber as I wasn't home and my husband handled that part but, Mitch and Jamar were extremely easy to work with and knowledgeable for HVAC. This is a rare find to find a company who is all about your needs, down to earth and not just trying to hassle you to spend money. Nothing is cheap anymore but, for the work I am doing to upgrade my house, I will say is completely reasonable and worth it in the long run, its not gonna get any cheaper from here on, its best to prepare for the future! OH and lastly, they are quick to respond via text, call or visit. The only down fall is you don't really get a time bracket of when they will arrive, only a call the hour before arrival but, I guess we can't all have it our way.

We had a great experience with Dalton. We had what we thought was a major issue and he was able to come out right away, same day. We were able to get a quick fix for overnight and then they came back promptly in the morning to finish the job. Excellent service. !

I felt so muvh better onve hw was done..he resolved some concerns with my systems and had great suggestions to help me avoid big expenses in the future. I received great service. The technician was excellent.

My AC went out on a Sunday night and I called Monday morning around 8, expecting them to tell me they may be able to come out the next day. But, the AC was fixed and cooling by 4 that afternoon. The HVAC tech was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me in layman’s terms and was very nice and very professional! If this was a free service, it would be just like if a family member or one of your friends came over to help! I couldn’t recommend them any more!

Yovani came out to my home to repair my AC system, and he was amazing! He was very patient and took the time to explain everything since I didn’t understand much about what was going on. I highly recommend this company—they’re professional, supportive, and affordable. I called one day, and they were able to come out the very next day and fix everything. The technician was great! Identified the issue right away. He was very thorough and explained what had happened. Fortunately it was just a burned out wire (lightning).
I wanted to be able to tip him, but didn’t have any cash. I hope SoGood will do like some other companies and have a place on the form to add a tip!

He checked refrigerant pressures, airflow, and temps, replaced filters, cleaned the outdoor coil, and cleared the drain, all done cleanly and professionally. Scheduling process unpredictable

Tech was very personable and very thorough in explaining what he did.

Our upstairs bathroom was leaking and dripping through our first floor ceiling. I called SoGood and they had a team come out the next day. I was pretty sure they were going to have to cut a hole in the ceiling, but they did everything they could to avoid that and were able to fix the leak. 5 stars.

We had Tino and Dwayne out to repair a water line under the house. While they were in the crawl space they found a serious water leak not associated with the original job. It was the original iron drain for the kitchen sink. It had been leaking for a very long time and we never knew it. They were able to stay and get both repairs done the same day. We really appreciated their hard work and dedication to doing a good job that will last a long time.

We had a leak in our water pressure tank around the valve the day before July 4th and I was so happy with how quickly they came out and fixed the problem. They were able to explain what happened and had the parts on hand to fix it right then and there. They were super nice and I was so glad they were able to come out around the holiday, all in all it took about 40 min from arrival to pay to wrap everything up.

Tino and Sam are absolute rockstars, my particular set up is a pain to deal with. The space is incredibly tight and awkward.

They were diligent and patient, ensuring things were perfect going above and beyond. They explained things clearly to me and were the friendliest workers I’ve ever come across.

The HVAC team also worked late to finish my install due to the water heater installation preventing them from starting. They prepped everything and worked past 7pm to make sure it got done. They had every right to leave and come back another day but didn’t.

Overall a 100/10 experience, everything works so great. Hard to believe my house is no longer 84 degrees!!

Go with SoGood, it’s worth the cost to get it done right and with genuine care. They obviously take care of their employees.

Jamal came over and was very nice to speak with. He came out to inspect my A/C unit and not only gave me a good break down of what needed to be fixed, what repairs could be made to prolong it as long as possible but also what small lifestyle changes i can make to help my ac unit live longer. I also brought up i was having issues with my front hose turning on which wasn't even something he was out there for. This legend went in my crawlspace squeezing between the ground and floorboards with barely any wiggleroom and found an issue in my plumbing that he setup a plumbing call for to fix. If you get Jamal you got one of the best no doubt!

I have been using so good plumbing for about a year and a half now and every technician that has come out has been very helpful. Today my technician was Tino he gave me information that I did not know I needed to know about my water heater and other things around my house show me how to find my water shut-off valve as well. As a single lady you definitely want to have good information to maintain a house

I must comment on the fact that So God has to now start recording me in my house and not inform me. Now I understand Virginia’s law saying at least one person in the conversation has to approve or know. Honestly, I didn’t and don’t appreciate not being informed even if the law says it’s okay. I have nothing to hide, to lie about, and have always been straight forward with So Good and have no reason to change now. My question is are all of your customers being recorded as well in their homes?

He was extremely thorough, taking the time to inspect everything and make sure my system was running properly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very informative throughout the entire visit. SoGood Plumbing heating and air were a lifesaver to meet today. I came home to my air conditioner unit putting out hot air and the technician from another company that was at my home the same morning could not return until next week. I did a Google search and this company was my second phone call. When I was told that dispatcher what contact me I received the call within the hour and the dispatcher told me that a technician was headed my way. Silas was thorough and identify the issue immediately. I was provided with a quick fix and I was also informed of permanent options.It is good to know that there are companies out there with good people that will meet your immediate need which for me today was cool air as we have hot days coming. Silas was very personable and I would recommend him to anyone especially in the Tri-Cities area as It can be a little difficult finding someone to provide service in this area. Silas was not only pleasant but knowledgeable. That’s all we’re asking for, good service and people with a good attitude. Silas and SoGood come highly recommended.
