We had to get our main sewer pipe replaced And SoGood Plumbing Heating and Air went above and beyond to make sure the entire process was as hassle free as possible. Samson was very professional and informative and helped me through the entire process from the insurance to the job site. So Good retuned the call quickly after a weekend, and Billy was out by 10 AM Monday. The receptionist was very pleasant (I believe her name was Tami). She said she would update me throughout the day, and did indeed- she called an hour later. Billy was courteous and pleasant, and clearly explained everything well, and set expectations and high standards, which were then met. He was even diligent about wearing the shoe covers every time he entered the house, and knocked every time. We are very happy with our service, and will recommend a a call to So Good to our friends and family!

Bryce responded quickly after losing our AC during a heat wave that included severe thunderstorms and high winds.
