AC went out on a Sunday afternoon. I made an appointment online and received a call at 8am the next morning explaining my tech was on the way. Billy is very respectful and professional. He examined the entire system, gave me options and once I made my choice, he began his work. AC was up and running in no time. I also opted to sign up for the maintenance plan. Very reasonable price. (Jun 2025) I got to see the SoGood installation team again MUCH sooner than I had hoped! I had another old HVAC system go kaput. The SoGood team was able to get my new system installed within two days. Jonni was once again the lead technician and did another outstanding job!
