At Southern Goodman, we believe in the power of community and the importance of giving back. That’s why we are proud to announce our sponsorship of the 2024 Home for Good® event hosted by Henrico CASA. This event is not just about raising awareness; it’s about taking action to ensure a brighter future for the children of Henrico County.

THE STATISTICS SURROUNDING CHILDHOOD ADVERSITY IN VIRGINIA ARE STAGGERING:

60% of Virginia’s children experience at least one adverse childhood experience
Every 81 minutes a child experiences abuse or neglect in Virginia
Every 13 days a child dies from abuse or neglect

Being a part of this event is our way of helping to ensure that the most vulnerable of children have safe, healthy homes! We can’t change the past for a child who has experienced abuse or neglect. Fortunately, our support of Henrico CASA can change their future. When judges appoint Court Appointed Special Advocates, a child’s future begins to be rewritten.

Our support of Henrico CASA’s Home for Good event is more than just a sponsorship; it’s a commitment to making a difference in the lives of these children. By being a part of this event, we are contributing to that transformation.

Getting ready for family coming at Easter and the A/C went late Thursday. I called and a helpful and caring representative got someone scheduled for today. Chase came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. Fortunately the needed parts were on the truck and he was able to get the A/C back up and running. He then did the sorting maintenance on both units. Chase was friendly, professional and definitely knew how to diagnose and make the required repairs. As we discussed what happened he discussed a surge protector which we decided made a lot of sense to keep the the problem from happening again which he also installed. We couldn't be happier with his work and our decision to be a customer of SoGood Plumbing.

Always professional and upfront with work that’s needed versus work that is nice to have/preventstive. Never feels pressured or overbearing on sales in any of the experiences I’ve had, HVAC and plumbing. Tino did a great job with a toilet reset I needed as well as giving me quotes on some non-urgent work I’d like to have done in the futures

I called SoGood and dispatcher was pleasant and gave me their availability. Couple days out. She called back and stated a tech in area and on the way. They sent out Michael ( a husky fella) and got under the house, through crawlspace and wrote estimate. Gave go ahead as he was very knowledgeable about the possibilities dealing with rusted cast-iron pipes Completed job expeditiously and I have no complaints. Will use in future and recommend to all friends. Thank you much Michael.

Tino at SoGoodPlumbing did a very thorough job with leaking pipes in our crawl space. He stayed until 8pm to finish everything! This is an excellent company-the plumber came out within 3 hours of calling them. I would give them 10 stars if I could! I am so grateful to have found a good, dependable plumbing service. I give them my highest recommendation.Call them!

Chase came out today to do routine maintenance on my HVAC system. He was very friendly and he was very thorough when he reported a concern with my system. He was the best!
