At Southern Goodman, we believe in the power of community and the importance of giving back. That’s why we are proud to announce our sponsorship of the 2024 Home for Good® event hosted by Henrico CASA. This event is not just about raising awareness; it’s about taking action to ensure a brighter future for the children of Henrico County.

THE STATISTICS SURROUNDING CHILDHOOD ADVERSITY IN VIRGINIA ARE STAGGERING:

60% of Virginia’s children experience at least one adverse childhood experience
Every 81 minutes a child experiences abuse or neglect in Virginia
Every 13 days a child dies from abuse or neglect

Being a part of this event is our way of helping to ensure that the most vulnerable of children have safe, healthy homes! We can’t change the past for a child who has experienced abuse or neglect. Fortunately, our support of Henrico CASA can change their future. When judges appoint Court Appointed Special Advocates, a child’s future begins to be rewritten.

Our support of Henrico CASA’s Home for Good event is more than just a sponsorship; it’s a commitment to making a difference in the lives of these children. By being a part of this event, we are contributing to that transformation.

My air conditioning stopped working at night and I called first thing in the morning and got an appointment for the same day . Silas was my technician I give him 5 stars he’s a really nice guy and knowledgeable and got my ac running again and it’s always a pleasure and knowing that when you call them they will take care of you . We needed a new system, so we shopped around for the best price. SoGood offered a fair quote and stood out for their attention to detail throughout the process. After reviewing our old equipment, they clearly explained why a replacement was necessary. When the technician, Jonnie, arrived, he was patient, thorough, and transparent when walking us through each step and even taking before-and-after photos of the installation. Thank you, SoGood, for coming to our rescue right before the Thanksgiving holiday. Now our guests will be warm and cozy!

Stephen was extremely thorough on this Plumbing PM! He even included pictures underneath the house of our piping. It’s obvious he’s very knowledgeable about residential plumbing! I like how he pointed out issues and made his suggestions about ways to remedy the problems. My only complaint is that it took almost 2 hours to do this PM. As thorough as this PM was today, I’m concerned about how frequently SoGood is going to recommend this PM be done. Overall though, don’t let Stephen get away! He is an asset to your company!

Great communication and friendly! Daniel was a life saver and money saver. He gave me honest recommendations on what needed immediate repair and what repairs could wait. I have an older home and now feel a great sense of relief that my plumbing has been updated, snd within budget.
