At Southern Goodman, we believe in the power of community and the importance of giving back. That’s why we are proud to announce our sponsorship of the 2024 Home for Good® event hosted by Henrico CASA. This event is not just about raising awareness; it’s about taking action to ensure a brighter future for the children of Henrico County.

THE STATISTICS SURROUNDING CHILDHOOD ADVERSITY IN VIRGINIA ARE STAGGERING:

60% of Virginia’s children experience at least one adverse childhood experience
Every 81 minutes a child experiences abuse or neglect in Virginia
Every 13 days a child dies from abuse or neglect

Being a part of this event is our way of helping to ensure that the most vulnerable of children have safe, healthy homes! We can’t change the past for a child who has experienced abuse or neglect. Fortunately, our support of Henrico CASA can change their future. When judges appoint Court Appointed Special Advocates, a child’s future begins to be rewritten.

Our support of Henrico CASA’s Home for Good event is more than just a sponsorship; it’s a commitment to making a difference in the lives of these children. By being a part of this event, we are contributing to that transformation.

Jamar was absolutely amazing! Very friendly and polite. He explained everything as he went through and showed us exactly what he was talking about. He explained everything very thoroughly and it was easy to understand. Answered any questions or concerns we had too. Even helped us out by referring us to the maintenance plan which helped us save money. If we were able too, we’d have Jamar every time!

The office called to make sure we were aware of changes to appointment. The tech arrived in the time frame given. He checked the system, told me somethings we could do to improve the performance. And offered a bi-annual service contract for system maintenance. We were very satisfied. Didn't feel pressured, and felt it was a fair price.

Technicians Jonnie and Deonte were great. Had a slight issue in the beginning, but they took care of it quickly. Both were very informative in explaining what was to be done and did an amazing job. They even put some gravel around the outside unit. I would like to also thank Scott for helping through the process of deciding on which package to purchase. I would highly recommend SoGood for your heating and air conditioning needs

The tech fixed the anchor of the outside spicket, he did a great job, since the last company that came out didn't anchor the spicket that they replaced right it was sloppy, and your tech fixed it right.
