Daniel provided exceptional service while performing our 1 year inspection of our newly installed whole house plumbing system, installed by SoGood. He performed two minor fixes to our laundry room faucet and toilet during his inspection at no extra cost, which I greatly appreciated. He was super friendly during his visit, and demonstrated care for his craft with his professional knowledge and recollection of plumbing he installed in our house a year later. Daniel's professional expertise and friendly personality, as well as the other professionals at SoGood, are the reason we will never go with anyone but SoGood for our plumbing, heating, and air services! Very awesome experience! The whole process was easy and painless, from setting up the appointment, to confirmations, to the actual appointment. Julia, our technician was amazing! Answered all questions, went above and beyond! All and all a great experience and I actually look forward to working with them in the future. Update: I’ve now had the pleasure of working with a comfort advisor, Scott and a plumber, Stephen. Both were fantastic! Everyone is super patient and understanding. I don’t feel judged or talked down to. I feel like I’m not only getting answers but an explanation on how things work. :)
