The office called to make sure we were aware of changes to appointment. The tech arrived in the time frame given. He checked the system, told me somethings we could do to improve the performance. And offered a bi-annual service contract for system maintenance. We were very satisfied. Didn't feel pressured, and felt it was a fair price.

Technicians Jonnie and Deonte were great. Had a slight issue in the beginning, but they took care of it quickly. Both were very informative in explaining what was to be done and did an amazing job. They even put some gravel around the outside unit. I would like to also thank Scott for helping through the process of deciding on which package to purchase. After having a very difficult time with the city of Petersburg, I was stuck with a big job(which was no fault of my own) as far as needing a whole new waterline from the city to my house.
