He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable throughout the service visit. Tino performed a detailed plumbing inspection, explained recommended repairs and maintenance clearly, flushed my hot water heater, and repaired an issue in one of my bathrooms. Beginning with David Clements' advice to Brad Booth and Cody Sill install of a replacement heat pump, I had wonderful experience! Brad did a fantastic job at showing me the work done to install the air handler and the compressor. Very clean install. No mess inside or outside. Very professional! I appreciated the review and training on the new thermostat from Brad and the review of the checklist of all the work they did as part of the install. 1/2021 - The maintenance technician showed up on time. He was polite and courteous. The inspection was fairly quick. I've been using these folks for a couple of years and they continue to provide quality service! I highly recommend. 11/2022 - The maintenance technician, Bryce, performed the inspection and let me know the status of each zone. He made me aware of the shape of the condensers for each unit and we decided it best to replace them both. He provided an estimate quickly and he did the installation of each very quickly. As mentioned before I highly recommend Southern Goodman for their quality service and expertise! And they have a great team from their office thru their technicians. 5/5/2026 - service was great as usual. It was a pleasure to meet Ethan and he did a great job explaining the service maintenance that he did. I was very concerned regarding the cost of the capacitor replacement as the part itself, based on my research, was minimal compared to the overall charge. The time to replace the capacitor was less than 15 minutes so the labor charge seems very high.

I want to compliment So Good and Robert in particular for fixing my outdoor faucet, which I discovered leaking at 3pm yesterday. I thought I would not be able to get someone to fix it at that late hour, but not so. The dispatcher called me right away saying Robert was on his way. Within a hour of his arrival, my faucet was replaced, professionally and with a smile. Thank you Robert!

Robert did a great job with the inspection. He checked everything out and was very thorough. I asked him about 2 things with the plumbing that I may change out and he checked them both out and gave me an estimate. If I decided to make the changes I would like Robert back to do it. Hello everyone i had some VIP work done from SoGood Plumbing. They checked out my pipes under the kitchen sink and bathroom checked my water heater and gave it a flush. Thank you for keeping my units in good stability !

I had such a great experience with SoGood! Johnny was incredibly kind and did a great job replacing my kitchen faucet after a cartridge broke, causing my water to constantly run even when in the off position. He was truly professional and made the fix a breeze. Plus, the customer service and communication from the scheduling folks was seamless. 10/10! Updated: we also just had Andy come out to replace our 25 year old furnace. He carefully explained all the updates he made and was super professional. So happy to have a new furnace for our home, and peace of mind! Updated: we also just had a stinky toilet repaired by replacing the wax ring. Was such a convenient and easy process!

I just bought a home and discovered I had a clogged drain when I bought a new washer/dryer set which flooded my laundry room. My tech Tino came out the next morning and thoroughly researched my issue and offered a short term and long term solution. He was patient with my questions and explained the processes for each so I knew what I was getting into and allowed me to choose the best option for me. Tino took great care cutting into my wall, left everything as clean as possible and was even kind to my dog. Hope I don’t need a plumber anytime soon but if I do I’ll ask for Tino.

I had an overall positive experience with SoGood. When they first came out, they indicated that the system could likely be repaired, though it later became clear that the fix would be more complicated than initially expected. To their credit, particularly SILAS, they stayed committed to the job and ultimately we arrived at a short term solution to allow me time to get estimates for replacing the system. Throughout the process, both technicians (Jeremy and Silas) were professional, respectful of my home, and thorough. They arrived on time, communicated clearly about what they were finding, with pictures. and kept me informed as things evolved. In the end, although not the answer I was looking for, I feel confident in the final diagnosis. I look forward to working with them in the future.

He was kind enough to explain what was needed as well as providing alternative courses of action, depending upon what he encountered as he performed the work. If I were to require any other plumbing issues to be fixed, I would ask for Tino to take care of it.

GENTLEMAN WAS VERY NICE AND INFORMATIVE OF WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE EVEN WHEN I GRIPPED ABOUT IT.

We presented a unique problem to the HVAC tech. There is a mineral deposit collecting on the outside of one of the pipes attached to the furnace. He thoroughly checked all systems in an attempt to find the water leak. His final thought was the old pipe was too large and air was cooling too quickly so condensation was occurring where the new and old pipes meet. He did offer a recommendation to resolve the problem.

We had Tino and Dwayne out to repair a water line under the house. While they were in the crawl space they found a serious water leak not associated with the original job. It was the original iron drain for the kitchen sink. It had been leaking for a very long time and we never knew it. They were able to stay and get both repairs done the same day. We really appreciated their hard work and dedication to doing a good job that will last a long time.

Once again, SoGood Plumbing, Heating & Air did a great job on our plumbing inspection. This was the first one we had done and it was worth it. Tino, the tech, was very friendly and professional, and went over all of the details of the inspection throughout the process. He flushed our hot water heater, showed me the sediment that came out, and insured it was cleaned out thoroughly. I have been very pleased with this company and will continue to use them for our plumbing and HVAC needs.

Had an estimate for the installation of a gas line for a new kitchen stove. Everyone in the office was very courteous and the Tech that came out was great as well.

Getting ready for family coming at Easter and the A/C went late Thursday. I called and a helpful and caring representative got someone scheduled for today. Chase came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. Fortunately the needed parts were on the truck and he was able to get the A/C back up and running. He then did the sorting maintenance on both units. Chase was friendly, professional and definitely knew how to diagnose and make the required repairs. As we discussed what happened he discussed a surge protector which we decided made a lot of sense to keep the the problem from happening again which he also installed. We couldn't be happier with his work and our decision to be a customer of SoGood Plumbing.

The guys did a good job with my unit and suggested recommendations to help my unit.

We had an issue with our HVAC system.. it was acting very strange. The fan was running all the time and the A/C would not come on. I called SoGood Plumbing and Heating. The technician, Chase, came out and quickly determined that the thermostat had failed. He replaced the thermostat and tested the system to make sure it was functioning properly! All is working fine now! Thank you Chase and SoGood Plumbing and Heating! They are my go to company for HVAC maintenance and service!

Technician Chase performed a six month checkup on both of the units and everything was fine except the unit for the second floor was low on coolant. He added coolant and they are both ready for Virginia spring and summer heat and humidity. Repairs were thorough and executed with diligence and professionalism by technicians who worked late into the evening to get me up and running again. They was able to come out same day from another company not being able to show up they was able to let me know what my issue was it's going to be more involved than what I thought but they was very courteous and helpful definitely we use them again for all my needs Stephen was fabulous and nice

Daniel provided exceptional service while performing our 1 year inspection of our newly installed whole house plumbing system, installed by SoGood. He performed two minor fixes to our laundry room faucet and toilet during his inspection at no extra cost, which I greatly appreciated. He was super friendly during his visit, and demonstrated care for his craft with his professional knowledge and recollection of plumbing he installed in our house a year later. Daniel's professional expertise and friendly personality, as well as the other professionals at SoGood, are the reason we will never go with anyone but SoGood for our plumbing, heating, and air services! Very awesome experience! The whole process was easy and painless, from setting up the appointment, to confirmations, to the actual appointment. Julia, our technician was amazing! Answered all questions, went above and beyond! All and all a great experience and I actually look forward to working with them in the future. Update: I’ve now had the pleasure of working with a comfort advisor, Scott and a plumber, Stephen. Both were fantastic! Everyone is super patient and understanding. I don’t feel judged or talked down to. I feel like I’m not only getting answers but an explanation on how things work. 🙂
