He walked us thru various options addressing chlorine, hard water, unwanted odors from the sinks amongst other issues. My Trane Unit was having issues with it's defrost part. Since this it had happened before. Southern Goodmen worked with me on labor fees. Their tech Billy was very efficient and explained everything before he left. I highly recommend using Southern Goodman.

Dwane showed up when the need was great! No heat and 28 degrees. The poor guy spent 4 or 5 hours in my crawl space, locating the problem with my 5-year-old Goodman heat pump. Working great, and he explained everything so I understood. Great person, polite and arrived when he was expected!
