Performed a plumbing inspection and fixed a leak in a natural gas line in the crawl space. They did a good job. No complaints. I have used SoGood for 2 other plumbing issues lately. The people are super nice. I recommend them.

Jamar was absolutely amazing! Very friendly and polite. He explained everything as he went through and showed us exactly what he was talking about. He explained everything very thoroughly and it was easy to understand. Answered any questions or concerns we had too. Even helped us out by referring us to the maintenance plan which helped us save money. If we were able too, we’d have Jamar every time!

Technician was precise about explaining any & all possible issues that could arise later.He also explained how much the various services would cost.

The office called to make sure we were aware of changes to appointment. The tech arrived in the time frame given. He checked the system, told me somethings we could do to improve the performance. And offered a bi-annual service contract for system maintenance. We were very satisfied. Didn't feel pressured, and felt it was a fair price.

Technicians Jonnie and Deonte were great. Had a slight issue in the beginning, but they took care of it quickly. Both were very informative in explaining what was to be done and did an amazing job. They even put some gravel around the outside unit. I would like to also thank Scott for helping through the process of deciding on which package to purchase.
