We needed to replace our hot water heater, and everyone we dealt with throughout the process was friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive - from my initial phone call, to the manager who personally came by, to the plumber who came out to complete the installation.

Their pricing was in line with other competitors, but it was their customer service and attention to detail that really set them apart. The plumber did an amazing job on the installation, and the level of care and professionalism throughout the entire process was exceptional.

Our AC died on us yesterday evening, we called SoGood the same night by 7:30pm the next day our unit is fixed and we have AC! HVAC technician Ethan was extremely helpful, professional and insightful (especially considering the fact we were the last appointment of the day at 7pm).
