Billy, the technician, troubleshot a problem we were having with our smart thermostat. He discovered two problems: he fixed one and diagnosed the other as being caused by a nearby column in the room (we had recently moved the thermostat to behind the column). He also examined the rest of the system for any other issues. All this for a very reasonable price.

Just found out about your plumbing services. I’ve had a concern about a possible leak in my kitchen. Your new employee, Danny, was great. He checked everything and took pics from the crawl space to assure me there are no leaks. This gentleman was professional, polite and explained a plausible reason for the water damage I thought was a leak.
