Dwane showed up when the need was great! No heat and 28 degrees. The poor guy spent 4 or 5 hours in my crawl space, locating the problem with my 5-year-old Goodman heat pump. Working great, and he explained everything so I understood. Great person, polite and arrived when he was expected!

Once the installment of the Heat pump and Installation package was completed William and Danny answered all of our questions and showed us how to operate the thermostat for our new heating unit. Called SoGood for a bad water heater as we’ve had good experiences with them on our HVAC systems. Johnny came out, diagnosed the issue (the unit completely failed) and he was able to get a new unit picked up and installed in 3 hours. He was polite and worked hard.

We had a problem with our system on Christmas Eve day. Called in and got a professional and caring response. Even though their techs were off for the holiday weekend, they sent someone out who fixed our problem quickly. Very kind and professional service. We're so glad we had them install all our systems! Just had a semi-annual service call. The tech went over all our systems quickly but thoroughly, with a friendly but professional manner. Just what we’ve come to expect from this company. Another semi-annual service call. Tech was professional, responsive, and worked quickly. In a time of diminishing service quality, SG stands out. They really do it right! Yovani came out the same day and spent hours diagnosing the problem, which turned out to be in the air handler. Very impressive analytical process, and problem solved. SoGood is so good! Nov 2025: Turned heat on and got burning smell. Silas and Robert helped us out today with some routine maintenance as part our maintenance plan! They also put a surge protector on one of our outdoor units. They came promptly and with a courtesy reminder. They were both very kind.

Stephen came today to replace a leaking drain pipe under the house. He did a great job along with testing the integrity of the new pipe. Even showed me pictures of the replaced pipe. My only problem was that he was here over 2 hours. I can’t give up 2 hours of my work day every time I have one of your technicians at the house, and that’s what happened at this repair and both the heating & plumbing PM’s. Thank you for taking this into consideration with all future service calls.

SoGood came out to replace all the old ductwork underneath the house. They were so easy to work with from the initial estimate with the comfort advisor, Scott to when the work was performed by Andy and Jonni and their team. Everyone was polite, friendly, professional and wanted to make sure that we were happy with the end result. 100% would recommend.

Great service and genuine care. We were approaching a weekend and a big family event with a sudden plumbing issue. They got us in, despite a full schedule.

Stephen was extremely thorough on this Plumbing PM! He even included pictures underneath the house of our piping. It’s obvious he’s very knowledgeable about residential plumbing! I like how he pointed out issues and made his suggestions about ways to remedy the problems. My only complaint is that it took almost 2 hours to do this PM. As thorough as this PM was today, I’m concerned about how frequently SoGood is going to recommend this PM be done. Overall though, don’t let Stephen get away! He is an asset to your company!

Mr. Dwayne Gail is the Service Technician who completed a maintenance checkup on my heat pump system, which had originally been installed by Southern Goodman in January 2018. Prior to his inspection, Mr. Gail explained that he would be looking at both the indoor and outdoor units, and would take pictures to explain his findings. He described the tasks he would do to check the unit. Mr. Gail did a very thorough examination and an excellent job of sharing this information with me. He also gave me their new brochure which describes the VIP membership program. I was pleased to hear that my system is in good shape; he had only one recommendation for a replacement part. He calculated the cost for this work, both as a member and nonmember, showing me the potential savings. Mr. Gail was knowledgeable, thorough and very pleasant, and this was without a doubt, one of the best interactions I’ve ever had with a Service Provider.

I had a 16 year old waterheater and was worried it might start giving me problems, so I wanted to change it out before that happened. SoGood Plumbing sold me a new electric hybrid waterheater with a 30 year lifespan for a fair & reasonable price. The installation was done quickly, by one of their well trained, personable and professional technicians (who didn't charge me extra for watching him work). I highly recommend SoGood Plumbing - Heating & Air to anyone needing work done in a timely and highly professional manner.

We worked with Mitch to determine what replacement units would be ideal for our long term goals and financial abilities. He took into account our children who have asthma. The install was the next day. It was quick and efficient and the install team worked great together. They were very conscious of napping toddlers and to disturb our day in the least amount possible. Before leaving they explained the new units and everything we would need moving forward. They even saved the boxes for our kids to build a fort.

I had such a great experience with SoGood! Johnny was incredibly kind and did a great job replacing my kitchen faucet after a cartridge broke, causing my water to constantly run even when in the off position. He was truly professional and made the fix a breeze. Plus, the customer service and communication from the scheduling folks was seamless. 10/10! Updated: we also just had Andy come out to replace our 25 year old furnace. He carefully explained all the updates he made and was super professional. So happy to have a new furnace for our home, and peace of mind!

I had a great experience working with Southern Goodman to replace both of my HVAC systems. Being new to the area, I chose to get a couple quotes from local companies and ultimately went with Southern Goodman because of the great communication, personalized recommendations, product availability, and because they are brand agnostic company. I went from cold calling to talking with the owner (Samson) in a couple minutes which was a very nice & personal touch. He then scheduled Mitch to come out the next day to assess my situation. Mitch was very thorough and really took his time to come up with options that would best fit my family's needs and what would work best with our house. I was not planning to make a decision that day on which company to choose, but it was these first two interactions that made not want to look further. I'd like to give special shoutouts & thanks to the install crew (Jonni, Joey and Jerry). It's amazing how much work you all were able to accomplish in a day and to the level of detail. I really appreciate you all walking me through the work to be completed, explaining how everything works, and taking your time to make sure we were all set up and everything was working correctly before leaving. It also was nice to see the care in cleaning up after the work was completed. —Update 9/12/25 I recently had SoGood out to replace my aging tankless hot water heater and install a reverse osmosis system and just wanted to say thanks to Stephen for all the hard work and great communication along the process. Billy did a great job diagnosing my HVAC system replacing capacitor and installing Air UV Light with oxidation system. He also. Pointed out other company’s errors to not correctly install their equipment which had safety issues which I contacted and they are now correcting. I appreciated his thoroughness.
