The weather was a strain on my AC and So Good came to the rescue as quickly as they could. I know many people had struggling units this week and I understand having to wait two days before service. Once the technician showed up, he was clear, polite, and conscious of explaining every bit to me. He was helpful, resolved the problem and I highly recommend them. I can’t shout Silas out enough for our experience with him, he was kind, professional and very informative. His demeanor was so pleasant, even my antisocial toddler who is usually extremely uncomfortable around strangers was comfortable with his presence and didn’t bat an eye. I would recommend them alone just for his customer service well. Sammie was also great with getting us set up with an appointment and great communication on day of appointment.

Once again, SoGood Plumbing, Heating & Air (aka Southern Goodman) did a great job in our bi-monthly maintenance. Kevin, the tech who came, was great. He is always friendly and professional as well as he informs me of all the things he is and will be doing as he goes through our systems.
